Central location, easy to get to

Cons

- No strategy, weak management, try to avoid getting a job here - Turnover between 25-30% every year, people are running away or getting fired, very low morale - Draconian measures implemented by HR, no compassion for employees or respect for them - Employees are taking bets who is going to be fired next

It seems as though you have many concerns. Please talk to your supervisor, another manager, or someone who can help address the policies that you believe are detrimental to the workplace and employee wellbeing. The last thing we want is to have someone feel like they have no voice while they are working here.
