      Worst Company (not good for Experienced People )

      Nothing to write good . all review return by company hr and owner .

      Cons

      after working under this leader (CEO) (Pune branch )i have guarantee any one start IT Firm. in Three month 9 people terminated and the reason given to them is that they are not working properly hows this possible? basically one u done ur work they will fire u and they never even gave u Experience Certificate as well as salary slip. "only show off" Remember always every Glassdoor user: "It Not which company u go It which boss u follow is really more important"

      Worst don't join or regret

      Just remote and nothing else

      Cons

      No salary on time Even after exit, you will keep begging for your rightful salary which won't be delivered to you... leaving you with shattered hope for any company. No management, i don't how are they even surviving. Thats all.. join if you want to work for free.

      1. WFH :- they are promoting as it pros but it is actually a cons. Don't have any time tracking system so you will be doing minimum 10 hours a day in the name of work from home. 2. MON - FRIDAY:- Looks like a pros but in 5 days you need to work minimum of 45 hours. And some time due to project urgency you need to work on Saturday & Sunday.

      Cons

      1. They don't provide any offer letter or if you force then they will provide it just 1-2 days before joining date so that you can't trade it. Like a forcefully labour bond, you can't go to any other organization. 2. SALARY DELAY:- HR will say our salary cycle is 10th of every month that's why everyone giving negative reviews. But salary actually came on 15th but if 15th is holiday or they are busy then it will go 18th as well. So like a labour you need to wait 40 days to get one month salary. 3. If you resign then forgot your salary diring notice period or else you will not get release / experience letter. Don't join until you don't have other option !!
