You learn abit if its your 1st job as you have difficult clients to deal with.
Cons
Micromanagement culture!
You cant eat at your desk, no music/headphones, under time constraints always, no flexible working. Are you a agency or kindergarten?
- Pizza Friday once per moth.
- Opportunity for working in different roles to progress career prospects (not actual take home pay though).
Cons
- Extremely low pay.
- Pay rises a mile off inflation and not yearly.
- Zero benefits.
- Management too busy with investment to care about existing staff and clients.
Free pizza once a month...
An intolaroble stepping stone.
Cons
- Extremely sub par management that do not care for employees. They happily see employees leave and will hire cheaper alternatives.
- High volume of employee turnover.
- Computer equipment is sub par and dirty.
- Product releases are basic and plagued with errors in programming.
- Servers go down at least once a month leading to angry client calls saying their websites are down.
- AMs mis-selling products to get quick commissions with no accountability.
- Pay rises don't even cover inflation.
- Management abuse of power, I saw an AM being shouted at for no reason at all.
- Not allowed to eat at desks.
- Not allowed to listen to music
- General distain from every employee that they even have to be there.
