Thank you for sharing your feedback, we take every review seriously. As our company grows and changes, so too does our corporate culture, and I agree that we have not done a good enough job in the past communicating through the changes. However, we do not put up "fake reviews". Reviews are submitted by past or present employees and independently verified by Glassdoor itself. We do not monetize review writing, and we do not ask employees to submit positive reviews on behalf of the company. We agree with you that our current employees are the best measure of who we are!

Pros

If you are local (from Indore), you are free to run your own business, and you will be kept on getting salary from Webgiity.

Cons

First and foremost, I am not writing this review to change the Webgility, because THEY WILL NOT. This review is only for the people who are considering this organization for a stable career growth, so they can be aware they are getting into something which could in-turn jeopardize their career. There is no job security in this organization and Webgility can throw you under the bus any day. This so called world class product company is working on decade’s old tech-stack, so there is nothing to learn new. On top of it, people working here with big and fancy titles started their careers here, they are not at all aware that where the technology in the world has reached , they follow same old methods and want to compete with new age companies. If you are joining from an outside organization, you would be only an outsider for them. They will not entertain your ideas as they do not have capabilities to learn and understand. Their incompetency will make them to unlike you and they will start to build a plan-to-fail and use you as scapegoat for the failure of the delivery. Some leads and manager don’t want to solve the problems in code itself, they say if we solve all issues and bugs today, what we will do tomorrow. People do not want to share knowledge to let go dependencies. This behavior is because of the insecurity created by the egomaniac CEO, he himself is very impatient, unreasonable and did not have any foresight or vision. He lives a land of whims and fantasies and never supports your vision and ideas. The CEO hires people from outside believing they will do some magic and his old team will learn it and start to perform, later he will fire the outsiders, but his so called vintage team failed to deliver (learn), but CEO fired outsiders anyways, as he has to show the company that he is the founder of this 15 year old start-up (what a joke). You cannot have stability as the higher management is not stable itself. There are issues with understanding business, planning and execution. Leads are seen to asking people to refrain from speaking in their regional languages and make fun of the people. Here things are running by couple of families, sitting on top, getting their relatives onboard on every level and controlling or stopping the growth. And the positive reviews are fake, Hr pressurized people to write those.
