      Nothing to tell-- only ...2-3 coworkers are very good and helpful ..

      Cons is not countable.. 1) Salary what they are giving is very much less(4500 for fresher..)..--it is not a software industry package ,--a chaiwala's monthly income is more than that!! 2) Working culture is worst I have ever seen..manager will insult you in front of every one with small small things.If u HAVE SELF-RESPECT ,then NEVER JOIN.Specialy one of the most worst manager in this company(VIKASH AGARWAL).He think that he know all the things but he dones't know the full form of HTML without searching the google. 3)You will be treat as 3rd class labor by your manager & CEO 4)They can terminate u anytime without any notice ,and spoil ur career.. 5)My personal experience ---from our collage 15 freshers were taken by them,after 5-6 months, only 4 people stayed in the company--others left the company or terminated 7) HR have no policy as per the industry..NO MORAL VALUES,NO ETHICS 8) They are hiring freshers for their project and after getting done they are FIRING .... 9 )It is NOT A COMPANY----an organisation for HARASSING INNOCENT FRESHERS 10) Too much company rules like you are in school. 11)Managements are worst

      Worst place to work with

      - Salary in time - Fixed in & out time (because of no project pressure as they don't have much projects)

      Cons

      - Management are worst - School type environment - Childish rules - Don't have marketing people; Project Managers need to work as marketing guy/ bidder. - They are only doing bidding on Elance / Upwork, Guru. Can you imagine that a 17 years old company don't have any other source of taking projects rather than freelancing? - They are mostly looking for freshers with very low salary, and sometimes with no hike. - They are hiring Project Managers, but they can fire a PM within 2 days, due to performance issues. How can they measure performances within 2 days? - They can sack any employee/ developer due to lack of projects. - HR rules are pathetic. - Open on Saturdays except the first one. - Resides on residential place; you will not feel good. - When you resigned from webgrity, they will behave roughly with you. - They will provide you identity card but no designation and blood group mentioned on the card. :) - Not a private limited company. Can shut down their business anytime.

      The big long POSITIVE REVIEW for this company is just a description of company rule and is not a review if anyone read it carefully. This is purely a biased review from someone of top management (proprietor or others). Now starts the PROS: 1) Strict office hours which helps maintain work life balance 2) Timely salary 3) Good infrastructure 4) Good administrative and technical support

      Cons

      1) Too much interference of CEO and COO in every activity of us. 2) Expects clone of one employee in every 3) CEO do not have dignity at all, speaks illogical and rubbish. Uses slang language like illiterate and slum people. 4) Sits on head all day and do not allow 5) ZERO trust factor on employee 6) Bully and insults employee all time 7) No accreditation or appreciation 8) Enjoys stupid culture of taunting employees and co workers for even stupid reasons 9) Always fires gun based on junior employee's shoulder 10) Frequent biased and illogical and hours of discussions ...many more
