Working at Webguru Infosystems was a valuable and enriching experience in my journey as a Python Developer. I gained hands-on exposure to Django, REST APIs, and AWS, and appreciated the supportive work culture. Special thanks to Debmalya Rakshit for his exceptional mentorship and guidance in cloud services—his expertise and friendly approach made a real difference.
Cons
While the overall experience was positive, improving internal communication and project coordination could enhance workflow efficiency. Also, having to work on alternate Saturdays makes the bi-weekly holiday system feel a little less effective.
