Hi Fishes, can anyone give me the feedback of work culture in Citi Pune? Specifically in the Liquidity management area (if someone has worked previously or working)? People talk about having one page resume these days, but I personally don't pick most of them for interviews as in most cases they don't provide enough details to shortlist them when we have plenty of other profiles to schedule.... still I think for entry level to upto 5 yoe single page resume works fine, But how to create one page resume for someone who has worked for more than 4-5 employers in last 12+ yoe? Is that recommended to have one page resume in such cases or not?

I recently received a call from Upland software and Morgan Stanley I gave 2 rounds at Upland. And they didn't update me at all. I've been calling the recruiter, left several msgs and emails. Reached out on LinkedIn and reached out to other recruiters from Upland as well. But no response. Completely Ghosted. And with Morgan, they call for the opportunity and then they say they are sending email and scheduling interview. And 3-4 days went, no email, I called them no response. Cont. in comment
