      There was nothing good about this company. Every employee was miserable.

      That CEO/owner is something else. He has zero personal skills and doesn’t care about his employees. He used to call a great seasoned attorney, a “clown”. To his face

      Pros

      Decent work schedule, good people working there. Pay is good as well.

      Cons

      Absent leadership. The CEO routinely makes disparaging remarks towards employees including but not limited to throwing tantrums and even throwing things. Routinely will fire people and assign that persons work duties without any mention of a pay raise.
