      flexible work location, competitive salaries, knowledgeable staff, good mid-level leaders

      Cons

      too many reorgs (at least once per year if not more), annual lay-offs, direction changes frequently, CIO trying to take IT in direction where all IT associates are in either Atlanta, Mason, OH, Richmond, VA Beach, or Indianapolis.
