Ability to work from home, good education in house, great nurses and leads. Decent pay and benefits. The exception is the health insurance options. The employees should receive the option of the highest and best insurance coverage.
Cons
Micro-managed, downsizing, poor rating system on job performance, only beneficial to people who want education and assistance with managing illness. Quantity is more important than quality. It didn't use to be this way. use to be disability friendly but company doesn't work with disabled issues for workers as much as they should. Glorified telemarketers. Poor communication from management. To many non pertinent e-mails.

1. Compensated with raises and bonuses for going above-and-beyond. Work quality was closely monitored. 2. Great organization and communication within my team.
Cons
The negative impression others (and sometimes myself) have of managed care. It is a necessary evil, but not like ministering to the poor or working to cure cancer.
