Pros

- diverse work environment - family like team

Cons

They advertise that they want a csr but in reality they make you do data entry and dont even let you go on the phones. they are a bunch of clowns and the supervisors think they're superior to everyone else.

The job you'll hate to love

Pros

These folks are busy living and breathing the mission of the organization. The personal leave policy is rather generous (although it has changed a bit in recent years for new hires) and the EXPERIENCE that is gleaned while working here is exceptional.

Cons

You will barely make a living wage while working at Wellspring. One of the pros (that this place is busy doing the work they say they do) means that employees are not compensated anywhere near market value.
