      Good place to learn Good opportunities for growth Company willing to send for career development course with a bond of course Culture is slowly changing to Pro Safety

      High workload At times will have to take on multiple roles as required Salary is below market rate but opportunity given to fresh graduates in return Some project teams are progress minded with disregard to Safety
