      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible work locations, fun co-workers.

      Cons

      No pay raise in 3 years despite outstanding performance reviews. Salary was not sufficient for amount of work assigned. Always expected employees to do more in less time and fewer resources. Management wasn't 100% truthful with employees about financial condition of company.

      Pros

      Unlike some prior reviews, my management team has been very receptive to all ideas and I have seen changes made when needed. The new management team is fantastic, I believe all bad prior reviews were from before executive changes. PTO policy is great, benefits are pretty good, overall I have loved working here the past few years and have had great managers. I have also been offered great advancement opportunities for my limited time here.
