Which Wich customers are amazing and seemed genuinely suprised at how different the company is compared to other boring tired sandwich companies like Subway.

At Which Wich my manager treated me with little to no respect. He lacked many important managerial skills. He wasn't able to keep his cool when things didn't go his way. Often he would yell at me infront of customers and my peers. One time while talking to me in a very angry demeaning way, he knocked my uniform visor out of my eyes on the sandwich line during a rush period when customers could have easily seen. The way he came at me angry that close to my face scared me and almost made me feel unsafe.He would often become so angry with me that he would twitch when I made the slightest mistakes, but when I bent over backwards I got little recognition. Also I was barely trained. I had only beened trained to be hostess and cashier so when my shift leader threw me onto period 3 and 4 during a rush hour I had no clue what to do. That night when I had to close my position and tried to ask questions about how to follow the cleaning and restocking procedures for that station I was basically ignored. It is wrong that any shift leader would throw an employee into a new position without any training and then ignore them when they clearly need guidance.This doesn't promote much motivation in employees. I ended up quiting deciding that I wasn't going to let myself be treated with such disrespect anymore. I reallize my experience working at this one franchise doesn't represnt Which Wich as a whole but I do feel that it should be known. I believe that Which Wich is a good company that would be ashamed if they knew the way I was treated.
