Pros

Offer generally includes specified allowance to purchase new appliances.

Cons

•Leadership rolls out customer-impacting decisions then pulls back. This impacts credibility and reputation. •Regional leadership is unsupportive, emotionally reactive, and lacking self awareness. Not leaders; just managers. •internal processes are slow, manual, cumbersome, and outdated. •sales numbers are unclear •company is slowly sinking itself •customers don’t receive support for basic operations •products are low quality

Pros

Consistently great work life balance. If you’re friends with the VPs then you’ll do just fine.

Cons

Floundering leadership at every level. Terrible change management. Blatant favoritism. Textbook corporate setting where everyone is more interested in the story they’re spinning up to their superiors opposed to actually doing the job for consumers. Way too many meetings with little to no documentation. Everyone scared to make a decision because leadership will most certainly point fingers when something goes wrong. People work really hard not to work hard and are very resistant to change.
