Long hours, not organized, low pay compared to number of hours , many customers request redo which is free for customers but technicians don’t get paid

This place is a plague on anyone's career, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The micromanaging is suffocating, the pay is insultingly low, and you'll be expected to work six days a week to scrape by. Management plays favorites so blatantly it's almost laughable, while HR can't even get paychecks right half the time. On top of that, the sales team is encouaraged to lie to customers, leaving everyone else to clean up the mess and deal with the rude complaints that follow. Would never recommend working for those people. The whole setup feels unethical from top to bottom.
