      Not a good company to work for.

      Pros

      I was able to see how the company management was not adequate and left the company before I wasted any more of my time.

      Cons

      Micro-managed company and are too far behind on industry standards. They have the wrong employees in positions that they are not qualified to handle. Management must have approval for any changes by owner. Management can not make decisions.

      Pros

      Drivers are great to work with. Plastipak knows what they're doing, but Whiteline doesn't follow suit. Opportunity to learn a lot due to lazy managers. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Awful management with absolutely no compassion for employees. No room for advancement because unfit managers stay in their jobs far longer than they should. Low pay compared to industry.
