Hard work, great team, terrible pay

Pros

Very positive work environment, you can wear jeans, excellent environment to learn and grow, exposure to Fortune 500 clients, coworkers feel like family, fast-paced and fun, perfect for growing your resume.

Cons

Pay is very low, well below industry average, you're expected to go over and above your work duties (work after hours, on weekends if necessary), PTO accrual is horribly low (4 hours per month, includes sick days), insurance isn't good.

Pros

The people you work with are great.

Cons

You are expected to go above and beyond with very little pay (well below industry standard). There is absolutely no training as well. They can not keep quality people due to the little pay and very minimal benefits. Therefore the work being produced lacks good quality which transfers in minimal repeat business.
