Billable hours- so whole 8 hr day had to be tracked, asked to not over serve clients but then constantly volun-told to do work outside of the normal scope, clients not always cooperative.

Thank you for the insight. I hate tracking, too. It's a necessary evil to ensure that we are completing the hours we are hired to do. I also keep a 20% cushion and monitor hours, offer comp days to try to encourage a work/life balance. This is something I am always trying to do better. Thank you for working with us!
