      IT company ? Really ? LOL (sarcasm) I had to give that 1 star because it is mandatory. It is an insult to that star.

      Join this so called company if u want to come and use internet for timepass as they dont have any work to get it done from you. Also dont expect any salary..

      Cons

      Everything damn thing here is a con. Increases stress and bp of employees by their disgusting policies. No salary provided.. People who have left the company and have not got the salary come here to just wait for never ending hours and leave. The HR does not receive calls from them. No project. No salary. No management. Just their stupid senseless policies. Never ever join here to destroy your career and life.. It will demotivate you the extent that you will give up hope of doing anything in your life.

      there is no best reason to work in this company it all has the worst ambiance low class of management and no salary at all

      it was a bad experience of mine with this company, it's my personal suggestion to all to not to be in touch with this black hall.

      good for fresher who do not want salary at time and work life balance.....

      Cons

      1) Salary not given in time even don't expect salary if you are junior. 2) HR policy is worst. 3) Immediate firing , no notice period no salary. 4) No management. HR asked about your work (LOL)
