      Pros

      No one cares, do you're hours, as long as they match your tracker you left alone. Wages are above minimum wage

      Cons

      Management are of the bully persuasion. Don't like getting questioned. Very very minimal training, no managerial support. Archaic systems. It's like being in the stone age. 45 hour week plus a weekend on basic rate. Then you get overtime.

      Excellent variety, good management support, amazing product to sell, unique network of machines

      As a small company Wilcomatic occasionally is over ambitious and needs to pull in extra resource to complete some projects
