      Superb benefit package, students, working in a team, school calendar, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of communication/transparency from administration, lack of supervision from administration, class sizes are too large for the needs and behaviors of the students to be able to effectively teach skills whether behavioral coping or daily living or academic. High stress level causes a lot of call-outs and vacancies throughout the year

      This job is a job that fills the soul. You can learn a lot about yourself working here and grow as a person in many ways. The people you work with and the administration are all wonderful. The job also has great benefits.

      The job does not pay much and can be very difficult at times. The classrooms can sometimes be understaffed, making the work very difficult.
