      Pros

      I was offered a full time job at the beginning of my senior year (for once I graduated in the spring) after completing my summer internship. I got to enjoy my senior year of college knowing I already had a job lined up. After finally starting, I can say it's one of the best decisions I've made. I only started recently and I'm fresh out of school, but I already feel fully accepted as a member of the design team here.

      None of note so far.

      The Best Place I’ve ever Worked

      Pros

      -Leadership truly cares about its employees and does what they can to pulse how they’re feeling and adjust accordingly -Everyone is super kind and welcoming from the start -Works to keep employees informed on all things business and company related which provides great transparency

      Cons

      -Tons of incoming work which is great but it sometimes feels like there isn’t enough employees to start all of it

      Pros

      Great people, fascinating projects, and a range of exciting opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      Projects can be fast-paced to the point that it can be tough to get time to actually work on deliverables.
