not process driven company- though the name is projected as big as Olam who has similar agri commodity business This organization has a long way to go in employee benefits, engagement , culture etc. Interested candidate in Agri commodity sector should be looking likes Olam, LDC etc. I wont be able recommend this Organization to any one
