      Very chauvinistic

      The co-workers were great! I had a good time meeting each and every one of them.

      Cons

      The owner of the company, Allan Wilson, is very chauvinistic to women. I have been in the professional field for many years. I have worked with owners that treated me with the utmost respect, and also owners who treated me badly. Allan Wilson takes the cake on this one. I was hired to promote the business and energize the employees. Upon hiring, Allan made many rude comments and belittled everyone that worked there. I felt especially bad for his book keeper. He made a lot of comments to me that degraded her and acted like she had no idea of what she was doing. I worked with the technicians and also the web development team. No one at the office had a good word to say about Allan. The people that worked there at the time were very true people. Allan made his employees sound like they didn't know anything about what they were doing. I am really shocked that this business still operates. To my knowledge, everyone I knew with the exception of the book keeper have left. I hope she finds something soon. Allan has no clue how to run a business or treat people.

      Poor Long-Term Outlook

      Pros

      I gained some valuable experience while working for this company but I am overjoyed to be employed elsewhere now. The greatest part of this job were the co-workers. A decent place to work if you are starting out and need a foot in the door.

      Cons

      Do not expect to have a lasting and long term career with this company. Honestly, you won't want one anyway. As another review stated, the first couple of weeks, maybe even month, the owner is nice but eventually you will see his true nature. Once I encountered this, I never truly intended to have a long term career with this organization. The compensation compared to workload and expectations are not equal and I always felt like I had no procedure to follow and it was constantly changing. Also, good luck if you are in the office. There are IP cameras all over the office and the owner is always watching. Not a huge problem if you are on task but does get aggravating when the owner begins to micro-manage. DO NOT call the owner and ask a question if you need help he will just get pissy and make you feel stupid. Final issue, the people with the most power and influence in the company are not family oriented. Just something to keep in mind.

      Idiots employer

      Pros

      A convenient office if you live in the area.

      Cons

      The owner of the company is a micro manager. He acts as if he is on a God level and everyone else is stupid. He comes on as a good guy until you are a week or two in and then unleashes the fury of Hades on you. If you like to be threatened with you job and want to feel like an idiot then work here.
