Pros

You got paid every week and the work wasn’t very hard at all. Rather simple, actually. At all locations, they do their best to work around your schedule.

Cons

Some customers are rude and I was there for a couple of years and hardly ever got a raise. And everyone wants to be a boss and in-charge. Except for the one location in Long Branch where the manager has been there for years, you will always have a billion people trying to tell you how to do your job.

Pros

Easy duties, a lot of downtime, free food

Cons

Very busy, especially during the summer and into the fall. Also not allowed to sit down so you're standing on your feet for 8 hours straight. There are also cameras inside the store so the owner can watch the employees as they work from his home. It is very invasive ad disturbing.

The tips get split every day.

Cons

Customers are rude and often intoxicated. Praise is rarely given to employees.Only one meal per shift.
