A HELL hole! Don't Join!

No Pros at all. If i could rate this 0, i would. Worst career decision of my life.

Cons

1. Founder is hopeless, only knows to blame people, does not know much, just takes info from the industry and passes it off as his own 2. Tells lots and lots of lies to the clients 3. All of the seniors are interviewed in Cafe Coffee Day so that we do not see how pathetic the office environment is, and get to see the water leaks on the wall, and broken toilets 4. No tea or coffee machine 5. we have to bring our own laptop to office 6. Left with only 2 clients - no new business 7. Sacks people 8. Salary comes between 2-5th of every month

Learning and hands-on experience many things including BD

Cons

1. No work life balance. At least 12 hrs of work and forget Saturday - Sunday 2. No BD team, so you have to do BD, client servicing 3. Too much work pressure 4. No fix date for salary 5. Location in Mumbai is WORST 6. You need to beg for a holiday in case family emergency also 7. Many colleagues will come to office post noon and meanwhile, if you are handling client then you are screwed
