    Pros

    Founder is genuinely a nice guy.

    Cons

    CEO and his vision. CEO outsources revenue ops every year. This year it has gone to a product guy, who is implementing new ops and making projections by reading articles from quora. Beautiful isnt it!

    Pros

    #. An organization that understands employees is the reason it grows. Unlike other high pressured and toxic environment startups in NCR, this one is genuinely caring for its employees. #. Your voice is heard. It might seem there is no action on it, but I have seen that all voices are considered during decision making. After working in many other organizations, there is none where you can directly talk to the founders anytime and anywhere. #. Non political at top but big personal agendas in middle. #. Good for people who want to achieve something. #. Product has good market fit and it is valued in the testing community.

    Cons

    #. Several bad apples in middle management. Run away from work, have no experience and are not willing to learn. #. Location if you very much care about it. #. Transition to a bigger, better product than AB testing could be a rough ride, but all organizations in the same league go through it when they aspire and take a few risks.

    - Wingify is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to solve real problems. You work with global customers and learn unique things, irrespective of the team you are in [they are bootstrapped $23M and are growing toward $100M, that in itself is extremely unique and unheard of] - Extremely humble leadership. I was fortunate to work directly with Sparsh [CEO] and Paras and that has been the most fulfilling part of my career, to date. Your feedback does not get neglected. - Leadership at Wingify understands that their abilities can always be improved and are continuously seeking feedback. They have what I call a growth mindset. - Exposure to global best practices and extremely transparent about everything. - If you are ready to take more and more responsibilities, the sky is the limit.

    Cons

    - Every growth journey has ups and downs and so does Wingify but honestly, not one thing comes to my mind when it comes to downsides of working at Wingify.

    Pros

    Work culture is good. When I sau culture I mean the people you will be working with. Your peers are good, your mentors/ managers are very supportive. All that matters is you have good ethics and your performance. Does not feel like a typical sales job. Company does not force you to work more hours than required. work life balance can be maintained. Your voice is heard. Be it complains or suggestions, it is heard without any biases.

    Cons

    Growth seems slow in terms of promotions. Learning opportunity in this role depends a lot on your territory and at entry level, it is less. Culture is changing, but that is because the company is striving to grow a lot faster and this requires some changes. You'll need to adapt fast. No complains with the company. The job role is such that it requires patience to learn and grow.

    Pros

    The CEO is one of the most humble people to work with and is always available to listen to any issues and take action accordingly. They are building an ark and riding the wave with their most loyal employees. The rest scatter to different companies globally as opportunities after Wingify are generally great.

    Cons

    It once was a rising star, bootstrapped and profitable and it stayed there. In a world where startup’s are chasing bigger ambitions and funding massive expansion plans , Wingify is in a dire straight not able to define itself as an established company or a start up, not moving forward. Our hands are tied as we lose potential to win huge chunks of the market with the great product we have. Companies who have entered the market after us now have the bigger chunk of the pie. While these companies expand and open offices globally we are set to battle within our zones in the by-lanes of Pitampura. It’s located in a corner or Delhi where no global company may even think of setting up an office let alone headquarters. We are greeted by drunk locals as we enter or leave work. While you are taking the lift up you will overhear people wondering about which international call centre operates out of 12th and 14th floors. In short it’s definitely not a place you would look forward to come to work and surprisingly this is in an era defined by the we works which capitalise on organisations trying to provide better infrastructure to employees. The customer facing teams are entangled in constant policy changes which have done nothing but distract us from our goals as a team. From once being a great paymaster, it is now a breeding ground for other great SAAS company recruiters to pick and choose who they want to take per their latest requirements. The pay is well below market for current employees and they have the recent fancy to keep hiring people who surely come with great hikes but they refuse to do the same internally to retain people. Also now we hire everyone to steps through the door, it is no longer a company where only the best were hired. It now is a place where people from a certain company in Gurgaon come to get promoted. If you are joining the sales team, do watch the movie Singh is King. It’s quite prevalent here because if you are joining in sales and get a territory which isn’t ready to harvest then you will never see the light of day on your promotion or hikes. While we do have a great product but it’s backed up by no real logic to grow as a product. While companies in the same space have launched critical features, we still discuss on if they can be built. Marketing is another great show which produces a lot of non workable leads which you are expected to covert as a sales rep. Our marketing team doesn’t inform the market on what the product has or can do, here the sales team has to do that job. The best teams we do have are the presales and support teams and they are the only teams here which function the right way and way above global standards. Hats off to them.

    * Trust issues with employees which trickles down from the upper management * Perception-based judgments * Micro-management *HR is more focussed on getting more people rather than retaining the existing talent or focussing on employee satisfaction * Casual threats on getting fired
