      Not worthy place to start your career

      Pros

      • Friendly environment • Salary on time

      Cons

      • Small team but huge work load, they expect you to work more than working hours (i.e 15 hrs or more) • No policies are strictly followed • No Saturday offs. Only Sunday is off. • They can switch your position anytime according to their project requirement. • Company politics • Not good salary

      Thanks for your feedback. The companies age is roughly 2 yrs and we have no "employee" who has exited the company since inception. This definitely does not appear to be a genuine or real person.

      Opportunities to work directly under the guidance of experienced seniors, Focus on individual learning and career path. Working processes are clean and everything is well documented. Monthly and Quarterly Awards, Treat you like your family Best company to start your career.

      Working hours (10 hrs -13hrs) because as everyone needs to explore & learns everything on their own but this improves the individual ability to learn, time management
