      Pros

      - Builds stamina in the brutal world of real estate brokerage. - teaches you how to deal with paranoia and secrecy

      Cons

      - The Agent Training Program is quite awful compared to competitor programs - Upper Management is unorganized to say the least. - awful office culture - fellow employees will happily steal leads, cut you out of deals, etc... - ALOT of agent turnover for above reasons

      Pros

      They will hire almost anyone right out of college, so it is good if you are just trying to get your foot in the door in the industry.

      Cons

      Winick arguably has the worst reputation in the industry. Every single person is out for themselves and there is zero culture here. The internal opportunities are extremely minimal, especially for young employees, and it can be very difficult to find opportunities elsewhere with the firm's name on your resume. Most of the reputable people at the firm have left, and I'm not sure who is still there keeping the company alive. The culture is extremely toxic, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking to enter the industry.
