      Pros

      WINTERHALTER is a Great company . I really appreciate and i am so thankful for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much in past 4 years (still learning) from the Indian MD - Mr. David Owen. The Owners are amazing people to work for, always ready to help, encourage and support. Winterhalter is filled with lots of opportunities at every career level.

      Poor Management - Castle of Lies!

      Pros

      Very good owners but they have no control mechanism. They are keeping their eyes closed.

      Cons

      Indian MD is a pathetic person. Comes office at 12 o clock and leaves at 4. Always drunk and looking for opportunities to spend nights with women colleagues.
