Pros

This company is expanding. The pay is very competitive for this industry and the commission structure is no nonsense. They pay very well on the products and services that make the most money for the company. We get spiffs in addition to our normal commission. There are some very cool, talented employees that are always willing to help teach and train.

Cons

If I don't hit my minimum expectations for sales my commission is really low. But, Im sure that is true in any commission job. You get what you put in. I started making sales calls and planning events... it's more work but it is really paying off!!

- Friendly coworkers - Family environment, a sense of closeness - Easy job, easy promotions

Cons

- The leadership caste is incompetent and ruthless - Cannot even access basic supplies such as toilet paper or paper towels - The commission structure and percentages are deplorably low - Hitting "bonus" means you have to blow sales out of the water and even then you might not see all the money you've earned.

NO BENEFITS NO TIME TO YOUR SELF STRESSFUL UNREALISTIC GOALS NO MONEY PAYCHECKS NEVER ON TIME THE CHEAT YOU OUT OF OVER TIME COMMISION IS HORRIBLE LIED TO BY OWNERS THEY DONT CARE JUST OVER ALL WORSE PLACE TO WORK
