Pros

The managers are very kind and wanting to produce growth. The last year since covid restrictions have been lifted its been an exciting place to work. They try to provide monetary to employees for doing an exceptional job and wac bucks.

Cons

The pay isn't great and hours can be funny, but that is the downside to working at most gyms.

management is all dating each other so if you speak out against anything you will be blackballed, they will look for a reason to get rid of anyone that speaks up against the group.
