Incentives are paid promptly%2C unless the claim reached later%2C still the reminder sent to the employee officially. Internal record shows a max of 13 days delay. Hike always depends on the performance and the record shows the hike given in minimal even for the non-performers%2C meaning who have not met the goal itself%2C but with a good attitude and efforts put with commitment. Parent company is Wisdom.

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing good about this company.

1. Worst Management 2. No structured chain of command 3. Unethical salary structure 4. Haphazard training period and no support when actual work starts (management wants you to perform just like that without giving you these basic things) 5. No fixed timings (not joking at all, you'll have to stretch upto 12-14 hrs daily) 6. Management doesn't care or listens to suggestions or opinions of the employees 7. Women harassment 8. Repeated requirements given without much gap between them 9. Insufficient information or sometimes zero information given about the requirements assigned to you 10. Management doesn't trust you to give you proper credentials on the ATS Honestly DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL END UP REGRETTING IT.
