Upper management more interested in chasing the next cool project than in fixing the significant problems with existing "completed" projects. Middle management either unqualified to lead or overworked to the point of severe burnout. No teams staffed sufficiently, high turnover rates. Company seems more interested in hiring leadership with fancy resumes but no practical experience than in promoting from within. Feedback from operational teams ignored. Procedures and training not standardized. Interviewers misleading about actual content of jobs. Inter-team communication was terrible or nonexistent.
Maybe this company will be great someday, but when I was there they were struggling with some pretty significant growth pains.
