Pros
Big holding, all official, great help with documents and relocation for foreign employees, help with tax declaration provided, medical insurance (no dental, works only in Cyprus), fair pay, new good offices. In general it's a good place to work for, but you won't feel it if you were unlucky to choose the wrong project to work for.
Cons
Every project is different, everything depends on local CEO. In some the management is VERY bad: micromanaging every blink of yours, no trust to professional heads of essential departments with no reason, very weird decisions and no attention to risk warnings from the team. Feels like you only have tasks and never are given any power to resolve them. All concentrated in hands of 1 person who doesn't wan to decide anything and doesn't let anyone else decide either. Due to this all the processes are total mess and it's hard to get anything going. General corporate culture is also much worse than you can expect from such a big and successful European IT company.
