Pros
There is nothing good about this company, neither to the learners nor to the trainers.
Cons
- According to the contract, you do not have any sickness pay and are only entitled for 22 days of leave in the first 5 years - which nobody will be able to survive. - Everything they promise without a written confirmation is a lie, i.e. "we will not deduct from your salary if you are sick just occasionally", "you can work from home", "only occasional travel is required", "we will hire more people to alleviate your workload". They will deduct from your salary if you're ill even one day in a year, they will not allow to work from home even when you have a drastic need, they will make you travel every day of the week with the driving time up to 4 hours - all in your personal time, and they will work you to the point when you start crying from exhaustion (literally!). - The atmosphere in the office depends on the mood of the Big Boss, who can either give you a lavish praise (in the first 3 months of your employment), or shout at you (after the first 3 months are over). On a bad mood day, everyone just sits with their heads buried in their screens and afraid to make a sound. - There is no upward feedback in this organisation. If you speak 1 word against the current state of affairs, you get the sticker of being "negative". After this, there will be no promotional or developmental opportunity, this is a permanent black mark on your record. So, everyone just stretches a smile and nods in the work hours, and sees a mental health therapist afterwards. - People are promoted on the basis of personal connection to the management and depending on how much 'positive attitude' they can force themselves to fake. So, if you are a superb actor, you might actually succeed. - The professional standard is extremely low. Regular 'winging it' is the name of the game. If you have any professional ethics, you will not survive a week.
