Leadership is a mess. It's a bunch of career-ladder climbers who are defensive of their fiefdoms and power, don't want to collaborate with other teams, and don't have appropriate backgrounds/experience to run the company. This company is riddled with defensiveness, functional land-grabs, and unnecessary politics about ownership and RAAs. There is no communication between upper management and the other tiers of employees (but constant communication in the other direction is expected, past the point of micromanagement).

When this company became Wisk the fantastic culture of Kitty Hawk was completely erased in the worst possible way. When the new executive management came into power they showed little respect to the history of the company and the work of the employees up to that point. They continually tell us that Wisk employees will be leading the efforts of the JV but the reality is that almost all the management comes from the outside partners and the Wisk employees are completely at their mercy.
