      run by egomaniacs, the only way to survive is to keep your head down and agree with the boss, there cant be many worse places to work, totally fake culture. They paid for an award though so everything is okay - joke!

      Pros

      There are, outside of senior management, some friendly and very talented people in the company - worn out faces with good people behind them I should say.

      Cons

      Benefits are a smoke screen for a company that's hides a cut throat, horrible culture - with no development or coaching considerations - they enjoy stealing your life and contacts, then spit you out. You only have to look on professional social media sites to see how many people they've used, abused and got rid of, I wish I had done my research before joining.
