The grounds are nice and front staff employees are great

Cons

The CEO and new chiefs don' know what they are doing and the blatant racism/favoritism runs it course here. Your not important unless your white, rich, or a donor.

The property is beautiful. I think the lower level staff really do try their best.

Cons

-micromanaged -office people have noses in the air -constantly watched by managers and cameras -going above and beyond is not rewarded -promote lazy people and kiss ups -cliquish -gossip -poor planning -dead end
