You are the only support in the Las Vegas office. *You are expendable if you are a paralegal and don’t meet your billable hours. *Work-life balance is not a possibility.

- great room for growth, with more experience transitioned from legal assistant to paralegal workload and compensation - friendly management and overall staff, everyone is approachable, transparent, and supportive - weekly lunches for bonding with team - diverse staff
Cons
- no cons! nothing negative to report, I hope to return in the future after I finish with school!
