Great place to work

Pros

Growing company, nice people. A lot employees have worked here for 30-40 years. No layoffs, overtime pay, bonuses, great health insurance, and 401k.

Cons

Cold environment, meat smell takes getting used to. Food business is busy - especially during holidays but you get overtime and holiday pay if you work. Some plants run 60+ hours a week. If you call in a lot or have tardies this is not the place for you.

Pros

Great pay for little to no experience, good benefits, overtime pay, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Too much overtime (frequent Saturday shifts and staying over the end of the shift) , equipment is poorly maintained and something breaks down almost every shift, management is not filled with the best or brightest people.
