Two faced work environment. Not what they promote

Pros

Benefits women focused but how relevant is that if the company actually does the opposite on

Cons

Very cliquey work environment, mainly from people that are the oldest in the company that take advantage of controlling the younger people. Most of the change should be within getting rid of most of the people on the "senior" communications team as they are the biggest influence with how the organization is ran, but are doing most of the unfair judgement and sabotaging others for their own advancement. High turn over rate, and don't recommend unless you are a "yes" person or if you're okay with unhealthy micro management, and being with a company that advocates for fairness online but doesn't practice this internally. CEO should be involved in meetings for this department.

Pros

The networks do great work locally. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to when and where you work.

Cons

There isn't any career growth, there is a lot of employee turnover, they are in the middle of several discrimination lawsuits. Their social media is performative.
