Pros
The benefits are good, the team is small and intimate, the organization is growing. The volunteers that choose to volunteer at WonderRoot are absolutely delightful and eager to help.
Cons
The team is often too small for all of the programs they have, the organization is more interested in saying they did something rather than doing it right. There is absolutely no work/life balance unless you are comfortable watching someone on your team not do well
