- fascinating projects to work on (cutting edge technologies, top-tier companies) - established relationship with clients - flexibility in terms of working hours - remote-first international team - accepting entry-level recruiters and sourcing specialists & suggesting extensive training in IT recruitment fundamentals: you're learning by doing
Cons
- sometimes, it's still hard to place a candidate, even it you're doing everything right (candidates rejecting offers etc); but this is how recruitment consulting works, I guess...
