This review is for work fusion Bangalore. When you interview with them, just ask how many employees were fired in last 3 months. They have zero respect for employees or their opinion. Leaving this place will feel like blessing. Let me explain the work, They got this buggy rpa product, they somehow convince the banking institutions to do a poc using the product, for the poc they on-board workfusion Bangalore employees in these banks(Yes a literal on-boarding with documentation and stuff, and no internet access, and you have to daily go to campuses of these companies and log in stipulated hours), now note that the actual poc work is done by partners of these banking institutes(mostly infosys and epam), you sit idly in these banking firms with no internet access and end of the day some moron from Belarus will yell at you for not doing your job. On same logic they will fire you within 6 months. In retrospect, I think the job itself is to get yelled at by some Russian, doesn’t matter you join as Engineer or MLE/Data Scientist or Manager. There is no work and Workfusion Bangalore has no projects to name. If you are joining as Machine learning engineer or Data scientist then rest assured you will not be writing a single line of code, Should you join this company? Yes and No, Yes because you can ask them any astronomical salary figure in your mind and they will pay(because no sane person would join them, and anyway they have to pay you that salary only for few months). And Not to join them, because you will be jobless within months, and remember they won’t warn you that your termination is coming. Listen carefully when they explain your role here. And sure, this company is ‘Going in right direction’, and the direction is a lock on the door.

Workfusion india is firing Employees at very high pace, every month we are observing 2-4 exists. Process of firing is very simple one call and you are out then and there itself. Workfusion have hired all jobless people from across functions (VP,HR,Delivery) etc. they are in the company just to enjoy good salaries and all of them are incapable of doing even simple task like talking to customer. all manager level people are coming to office at 1 PM and leaving 4 PM enjoying may be their personal life of other businesses. Office with 80 seating capacity remains empty through out the week since no manager no employees in the office :)) let me list down some of the Cons : 1. NO Projects. 2. NO Satisfied Customer 3. NO Stable Product 4. NO Bug free implementation 5. NO HR policies 6. NO Paid Leaves 7. NO Tax Saving Instruments 8. NO Good People 9. NO Promotions. 10. NO respect to senior employees. in the name of ML they are doing Regex, and In the name of RPA they are doing Selenium coding. After Production deployment of any project, Customer is kicking out Workfusion from their company within a month. Workfusion is not reducing the SMEs job by Automation but Eating Customer's Management Job who decided to use Workfusion in the company :))
