Pros

the only good thing i can find for me is the permanent WFH

Cons

Using Chat GPT to advocate my review: Thinking about joining WorkLLama? Don’t. Run. This place is an absolute dumpster fire—a perfect example of how to run a company straight into the ground with arrogance, ignorance, and zero accountability. There are zero perks—no learning, no wellness, not even decent chairs to sit on. The CTO is a tech-illiterate joke, constantly making backward decisions that actively sabotage progress. The engineering manager is a manipulative opportunist, exploiting people’s vulnerabilities and later claiming credit for “supporting” them. It’s not toxic—it’s hostile. HR doesn’t exist. You’re on your own. “Outings” are a farce—cheap lunches passed off as culture. No hikes in four years. Just fake “retention bonuses” followed by layoffs before payout. That’s not mismanagement—it’s exploitation. Management has no direction, no funds, and no shame. They keep hiring without money, then cut everyone’s salary to survive their own poor planning. You’ll work weekends, nights, holidays, all under the illusion of “being part of something big.” Truth is—you’re just fuel for a broken system. Gender ratio is a disaster. Nepotism is the norm. Leadership hires friends and family regardless of ability, while actual performers are ignored or pushed out. So why did I stay 4 years in this nightmare? Only because they offered permanent work from home. That’s it. The moment I found something better, I ran—and so should you.

Pros

It’s hard to find anything good when the environment drains your energy, stifles your growth, and makes you question your career choices every single day.

Cons

"A Company That Fails Its Employees": Working here feels overwhelming, with little to no appreciation for effort. The environment is toxic, and job security is virtually nonexistent. The company lacks a clear vision, offering no opportunities for personal or professional growth. Salary hikes are below inflation, and bonuses are consistently withheld despite reported profits. Politics and nepotism are rampant, creating an unfair and demotivating atmosphere. Cyclic recessions seem to be a recurring issue, and there is no transparency regarding investors or profits. The leadership lacks vision and competence, with an arrogant approach that often crosses into abusive language during discussions. If you're considering joining, take time to carefully weigh your options and think it through multiple times before making a decision. Given the pattern of past reviews, it's worth paying attention to the overall balance and considering the full range of feedback.
