      Pros

      The people who built the company and are still there are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

      Cons

      The company is a feature factory that only cares about revenue while all its growth initiatives fail. The product has become a Frankenstein-like object. Most people stay because of the pay and feel like they work for the public sector, or have grandiose ambitions. I'd suggest avoiding it if you care about your work and creating something of value.
