Pros

*Remote/Hybrid *Product is good *Offsites

Cons

* Very poor work–life balance. * No profit sharing program. * Hardly any employee benefits, and some of the few that existed are being removed. * No fun activities or team events. * No clear career growth and promotions are very very rare. * Management seems focused mainly on getting people to work as much as possible, with little attention to employee well-being or morale.

The company has a great focus on Innovation & Automation. Great culture & good employee benefits. Very amazed to see a lot of their internal process being automated using their own Workato platform. Very proud to be part of this fast-growing company
