Pros

Other recruiters are nice, great team.

Cons

They often tell you that they take their work culture seriously. It’s all a front. They treat recruiters as if they’re disposable… which they are. They’ve mishandled sexual harassment cases. They make recruiters feel like they’re not people but just numbers. They often say things like “you’re doing a good job… but” there is always a “but”. A recruiter will never feel good enough. The manager is great. Both managers in Grand Rapids. It’s upper management that’s the problem. It trickles down from the top. Honestly, what does the CEO do? It’s the President and controller that takes all the shots. Yet they make terrible decisions all the time. Other regions have gotten trips to Florida while the hardest working region just gets out to the ground. They mishandled COVID cases. They make employees feel bad when they call off due to feelInc sick… during a pandemic. At first, it seems like an amazing company. It’s all fake.

Pros

Low cost health dental and vision insurance for internal employees, 401k with match after 1 year of employment, start-up culture.

Cons

No paid sick days, huge pay disparity within the organization, very little investment in retaining internal staff/turnover, stressful, no commissions paid out until I asked management, no clear metrics, satellite branches are often neglected by management.
